At Five Star Gym, we offer indoor cycle classes five days a week in our immersive light and sound interactive dedicated studio with 10 bikes. Our classes cater to all levels, and our knowledgeable and supportive cycle instructors will ensure you set up your bike correctly and guide you through every aspect of the class, pushing you to reach your full potential. Absolutely! Whether you are starting your cycle journey or a regular to cycle classes, our classes suit all levels.

 

Comfortable gym wear and properly fitted trainers. If you wish to wear indoor cycle trainers you can.

We recommend to bring water in a suitable water bottle and a small towel.

We recommend you are well hydrated and have eaten something lite before class especially early morning classes.

To optimise space and reduce distractions, we ask all members to use the lockers in the changing room for their belongings.

Just bring your Water bottle and towel into the studio.

Our Cycle classes range from 30-45 minutes depending on the class you are booked onto.
